Very clean, the staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was great too. I really enjoyed our staying.

We stayed at a room with a direct access to the northern pool. It was very nice to have a swim before the breakfast. The breakfast is very good. Everything very tasty.

The beach is under construction for more than a year! The order at the breakfast used to be better. Excellent management, that used to manage closely the breakfast process, is not there anymore.

I absolutely LOVED the Reef Hotel in Eilat. I had very few expectations for an August trip to Eilat which is usually overcrowded and chaotic in addition to boiling hot. However, our experience at the Reef Hotel changed my entire perspective. The location is ideal - on the beach. The facilities are great - pleasant pool and the BEST BREAKFAST I ever experienced at a hotel. The room was spacious and clean. However, the best part of the experience was the staff. Everyone including the cleaners, the lovely lady making the morning omelets, the front desk personnel, the pool staff and the management (hotel and dining room) were beyond amazing. Even though the hotel was filled to capacity with lots of families and children, the staff was always pleasant, smiling and helpful. They never seemed stressed or annoyed. Also, the guests were pleasant and polite to one another... simply a wonderful hotel and experience. I can't wait for my next visit.

The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. One of the huge advantages of this hotel is that it's right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already booking another visit with our daughter later this year.

The breakfast was extremely good, with lots of variety, the one thing that was missing was healthy bread. The only bread available was white pita, rolls or bagels.

There was a lot of noise from the machines of the pool. the staff tried to ignore and pretended not to hear it, but then they gave us another room on the 4th floor, where the noise was bearable The pool already closed at 5 pm, no way you could swim beyond that time, very disappointing

Breakfast needs more fresh fruit variety. Maybe a juice bar

The hotel is situated just a few feet from the beach on the Red Sea but about 2 km outside of the town itself near the Nature Reserve. So the tacky tourism of Elat is far enough away. There are three good restaurants very close by and one small supermarket. The breakfast is fantastic. A very wide selection of food and small changes every day. The pool is very nice but has one drawback: it closes at 4 pm while the sun is still hot. One hour more would be very nice. The rooms are spacious.
